We are breeders of health screened AKC registered Havanese, and have been involved in Havanese since 1994. We live in Dolores (Cortez) Colorado; The Four Corners area of southern Colorado - Mesa Verde Country!. We are asked all the time and NO we are not changing our name to Janorado! LOL
We also show our dogs in conformation to obtain their AKC Championships and hope to start competing in Rally.
Our dogs and puppies live in our home as valuable family members. All our dogs are health screened yearly and we proudly document the results at www.offa.org. Just type our kennel name in the search box and you will see the depth of health testing that Janizona dogs have.
We believe our dogs to be sound in conformation and temperment and we plan our breedings carefully to improve each generation. Whether for pet, show, obedience or pet therapy, our pups are placed to carefully selected loving homes all across the USA and even in Canada. Reference are always available.
We are active members in good standing with the Havanese Club of America and are proud to have been recognized by the HCA as a Breeder of Distinction and the AKC as a Breeder of Merit.
